EU ambassador to Skopje, Samuel Zbogar said that the new government of FYROM has created a new positive atmosphere, which gives hope for the process of integration. Zbogar declared this while commenting the plan of reforms of the new government, which is a condition for the launch of accession talks with the EU.
“This optimism that we see has to do with the fact that the government has pledged to implement the reforms that it needs to implement. This government has considered itself as a government of reforms and to prove this, it has approved the 3-6-9 reform plan. Now, we have a plan with clear deadlines and this makes us have faith on this plan”, EU ambassador Zbogar said.
However, the governing plan has been criticized by the opposition. VMRO-DPMNE underlined that the new government doesn’t have the capacity to deliver its promises for the launch of talks with the EU and NATO. /balkaneu.com/
