Prime Minister of FYROM, Zoran Zaev has commented the meeting that was held in Athens between Foreign Minister Nikola Dimitrov and the Foreign Minister of Greece, Nikos Kotzias.
“Each meeting is a chance to find a solution to give way to the full accession of the country in the NATO and EU. Each meeting driven by the spirit of friendship and it can harmonize our stances for a solution”, Zaev said. According to him, the instructions that minister Dimitrov has received on the solution of the name contest with Greece are the same as the ones that have been expressed in the recent days.
Prime Minister Zaev said that his government maintains that the solution on the name contest must be agreed by all political parties, including the opposition and that any proposal for the new name should be voted in a referendum by the people. /balkaneu.com/
