Prime Minister of FYROM, Zoran Zaev declared today that last night’s meeting between foreign ministers Kotzias and Dimitrov with the UN’s envoy, Matthew Nimetz, marks the real start of the negotiations for the name.
Without revealing details, which, according to him would harm the negotiating process, Zaev said that the essence of negotiations consists on whether to amend the Constitution or not. According to him, dignity and national identity are very important.
