A few days before the end of the campaign for the referendum concerning the country’s new name, PM Zoran Zaev travelled to Washington today to hold meetings with representatives of the US administration.
According to the statement released by the government, tomorrow, PM Zaev will meet with US vice president, Mike Pence. The focus of the talks will be the country’s advancement toward NATO’s accession and the referendum on the name.
Former US president, George Bush in an open letter addressed to citizens of FYROM, has called on them to vote in favour of the country’s new name. Busha has stressed that citizens of FYROM are in front of a historic decision. /ibna/
