World Bank interested on the government’s program

Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa received on Friday the vice regional president of the World Bank, Laura Tuck, accompanied by the regional directress of the World Bank, Ellen Goldstein and World Bank manager for Kosovo, Jan-Peter Oltsers.

Vice president Tuck expressed her interest on the program of the government of Kosovo and on its implementation. She praised the cooperation between Kosovo and the World Bank, confirming further support of this institution for development projects in Kosovo.

PM Mustafa briefed vice president Tuck for the progress made in Kosovo and the priorities of the government’s program.

Mustafa thanked the World Bank for the support that has been offered through different projects, including those in the development of the energy sector in Kosovo.

The PM also said that the government of Kosovo is focused on the economic development of the country, the opening of new jobs, the strengthening of the rule of law, European integration processes and reforms in the health sector, education and other domains. /ibna/
