Government of Kosovo declared on Tuesday that it has not taken any action in regards to the Agreement for the Association of Serb Communes in Kosovo since 30 October 2015, when this agreement was submitted to the Constitutional Court by the president of Kosovo.
PM Isa Mustafa said that the government has suspended all actions in relation to this agreement, awaiting a decision by the Constitutional Court.
Mustafa said that the government will act in full compliance with the verdict of the Constitutional Court.
“Government of Kosovo has fully respected the laws and Constitution of Kosovo in reaching this agreement”, Mustafa said.
Meanwhile, opposition parties in Kosovo say that in spite of the decision of the Constitutional Court, they will contest this agreement, which according to them, threatens sovereignty of Kosovo. /ibna/
