The leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski has declared that his party will not back the constitutional amendments regarding the change of the country’s constitutional name. Mickoski made this declaration in a televised interview, saying that a solution which requires constitutional amendments is not in the country’s best interest.
“There’s nothing to discuss regarding the identity. We will not become part of the failure of someone else or part of a solution which is not in the best interest of Macedonia”, Mickoski said.
Mickoski also addressed accusations against the government saying that it is constantly changing its declarations and position about the process of talks. /balkaneu.com/
