The leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski said today that his party will boycott Parliament until this institution functions normally.
“Parliament is lacking a democratic environment. The government has violated the law. It needs to choose between the reforms and political persecution”, Mickoski said, demanding the release of six MPs of this party, who are being kept under detention for the violent events taken place in Parliament in April last year.
But, the ruling party, SDSM has reacted by saying that Mickoski’s statements are baseless, because Parliament is democratic. /balkaneu.com/
