With the Prime minister of Italy, Matteo Renzi will meet on February 3 the Greek Prime minister Alexis Tsipras. The Greek prime minister is expected to dine with his Italian counterpart in Villa Doria Pamphili in Rome.
As is apparent, the main topics of discussion between the two Prime ministers will be to address the economic crisis in Europe and closer cooperation between Mediterranean countries.
Before his visit to Italy, Tsipras has planned a visit to Cyprus, where he will meet with President of Cyprus, Nikos Anastasiades. More specifically, the coming Monday, February 2. he is expected to travel to Nicosia, making his first trip abroad as prime minister of Greece.
Accordingly, the visit of the Cypriot Foreign minister, Ioannis Kasoulides, on Tuesday in Athens is postponed.
