Turkish film week is being hosted in FYROM by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Turkey and Turkish associations.
The Turkish government’s representative for this activity, Yalcin Topcu said that art is a bridge in order for communities to get to know each other and cinema contributes in this aspect. According to him, nations are joined by common things and that these films will reflect what the two nations have had in common in the past 500-600 years.
Turkish actor Aycin Inci said that she’s happy to be here, stressing that cinema is an element that joins people in the domain of culture and tourism.
Turkish films as part of this activity will be shown in several cities such as Skopje, Tetovo, Gostivar, Manastir. /balkaneu.com/
