The domestic vaccine that Turkey is developing against the new coronavirus is scheduled to become available in April at the latest, said President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in his speech at the meeting of the Parliamentary Group of the Justice and Development Party (AKP).
Among other things, in his speech, the Turkish President and leader of the AKP referred to the domestic vaccine that Turkey is developing against COVID-19.
“We plan to make available the domestic vaccine that we are developing ourselves, no later than April”, Erdogan said, adding that there are thoughts of offering the vaccine to serve all humanity under the most appropriate conditions.
The President of the Republic of Turkey noted that by the end of December, after all, they hope to make the first vaccinations with the Chinese vaccine.
He stressed that if the pandemic in Turkey is not stopped, they will be forced to implement much more painful measures, noting that “we understand the problems caused by the measures we have taken. I want my people to show patience and support”, said the Turkish President./ibna
