The meeting scheduled for Tuesday (September 8th) between Turkish and Greek military delegations at the NATO headquarters in Brussels has been postponed to September 10th, according to Turkish National Defense Ministry sources.
The meeting under the auspices of NATO would aim to initiate talks between the two military delegations regarding methods to reduce the risk of incidents in the Eastern Mediterranean.
According to Turkish Defense Ministry sources, the technical talks scheduled after the meeting between Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg have been postponed by the NATO Military Commission until September 10.
Information from Athens states that the highest body of the North Atlantic Council will meet tomorrow at the request of Greece to raise the issue of the Turkish provocations. /ibna
