The Traveling National Fair is held for the first time in Albania. Starting from Vlora at the start of June and ending in Tirana in December, this fair aims to present Albanian businesses.
Vice minister of Economic Development, Trade and Enterprise, Brunilda Paskali, says that “the scope of the holding of the Traveling National Fair is to turn it into an annual traditional fair and to include all cities of Albania”.
She offers details on this novelty: “This is the first time that this fair takes place in Albania. It will travel in 6 districts which have the biggest trade volume in the country, aiming to offer information on the market, Albanian and foreign brands, the increase of cooperation between foreign and local companies and internationalization of local subjects”.
Exhibition of products and machinery produced by students of professional schools will be part of these exhibitions”, said Paskali.
Vice minister Paskali gave details on the itinerary of this fair which will go through, at the moment, the cities with the biggest trade volume in the country.
This is a project which takes place for the first time in Albania. It consists on the integration of local businesses, which are often more consolidated than those in the capital. The scope of the fair is also the internalization of local businesses in order to cooperate with foreign businesses which participate in the fair”.
The directress of the National Fair Center, Elisabeta Katiaj says that the stands of this fair will include the sectors of construction and lighting, food and beverages, tourism, energy, technology, etc .
Katiaj explains the itinerary of the fair which is organized under the auspices of prime minister Edi Rama and minister of Economic Development, Trade and Enterprise, Arben Ahmetaj.
The itinerary of this fair starts in Vlora on on 6-8 June, it continues in Berat on 13-15 June, 20-23 June in Korca, 27-29 June in Shkodra, 4-6 September in Gjirokastra. The main event will be the sixth edition in Tirana which will end this tour of the traveling fair. “Interfood and drink ekspo” will be held in Tirana on 11-14 December. /ibna/
