The feature film “Three windows and a hanging” directed by Isa Qosa, was the best film in the DC Independent Film Festival

The official website of the festival has published the list of the awards for this edition, which it has divided into different categories.

The film “Three windows and a hanging” which was recently presented in the United States of America, was  first shown in the Sarajevo festival, but it has also participated in other festivals where it has received awards.

The film talks about the difficult position of women, namely those women who have been violated by Serbs during the last war in Kosovo and especially those women who have decided to break their silence.

The cast of this film includes Irena Cahani, Luan Jaha, Aurita Agushi, Donat Qosja, etc.

The film has been supported by Kosovo’s Cinematographic Center and it was produced by Shkumbin Istrefi and Mentor Shala. /ibna/
