Parliament in FYR Macedonia has approved the legal amendments of the employment status for three thousand civil servants. These amendments were voted last night with the votes of the majority parties VMRO-DPMNE and BDI.
Deputy minister of Finance, Ardian Xheladini said that this law will regulate the status of all employees who do not have regular work contracts.
“I can say that the government has always wanted to regulated the status of these persons, but we all know how the situation has been with the debts and economic crisis. The entire process of transformation will last two years, namely until the end of September 2016”, declared deputy minister Xheladini.
The opposition has reacted against this law, saying that this helps all activists of both parties in power and that it suspected that such laws are approved ahead of an election campaign. /ibna/
