500 million Euros worth of investments in agriculture over the next 4 years and the opening of 50 thousand new jobs was the promise made today (24.03) to farmers by the prime minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci.
Prime minister Hashim Thaci made these comments during a meeting with 300 potato and vegetable producers in the village of Pestova in Vushtri, accompanied by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Blerand Stavileci.
Prime minister Thaci said that agriculture and agribusiness will be the main priority of the government of Kosovo.
He said that the government’s investment of 300 Euros per hectare of land is only the start of the growth of responsibilities, engagements and commitment of the government of Kosovo. /ibna/
