State leaders in Kosovo have condemned the attack on the parliament of Kosovo, by calling on authorities to shed light on this case and bring the perpetrators to justice.
President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci said that “what we must all agree on is that there must not be violence in this country”.
“The attackers are people who do not want Kosovo, who do not want its European future and who do not want children of Kosovo to grow up in peace”, he said.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa has considered the attack on the parliament building on Thursday evening as “an attack against independence’.
Mustafa said that nobody has the right to exert terror on the institutions of the country, considering parliament as the highest legislative institution of the country and a symbol of the state and democracy.
Prime Minister of Kosovo called on the justice institutions to find the perpetrators and bring them to justice and for this, he also appealed for the help of the citizens. /balkaneu.com/
