President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci held a meeting today with the head of EU foreign policy, Federica Mogherini to discuss Kosovo’s European perspective and dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
“Thaci has emphasised once again the necessity of achieving an inclusive and legally binding agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, which would lead to mutual recognition and which would give way to Kosovo’s integration in the NATO, EU and UN”, reads the statement released by the president’s office.
Meanwhile, Kosovo’s PM, Ramush Haradinaj said that president Hashim Thaci and Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama have discussed Kosovo’s partition in the meeting they had with Mogherini.
He said that those who offer border correction as an option know that this leads to tragedy and wars.
Haradinaj said that Mogherini will not assist dialogue for much longer, as “her time is up now”. /ibna/
