“Teatro di San Carlo” from Naples is soon expected to come to the Macedonian Popular Theater.
This is one of the oldest Italian theaters dating back to 1737 coming for the first time to art lovers in Skopje.
The theater troop comprised of 18 musicians will perform on October 9, while four prominent Italian tenors will have in their repertoire works from George Bizet, Giussepe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Rugero Leoncavallo, Gaetano Docineti, etc.
The presence of the theater troop from Naples is part of the “Giffoni Experience” festival held in Skopje and its aim is to strengthen and cultivate Macedonian-Italian cultural ties. /ibna/
