Leader of Self Determination, Visar Ymeri, who was invited in a public debate organized by “Speak” movement, said that the creation of the Special Tribunal is a direct intervention on the sovereignty of the state.

Ymeri said that this institution must not be voted by MPs, because this threatens the sovereignty and integration of the country.

According to him, this court must serve as a parallel justice system and not like a court whose task is to make selective justice.

“It’s a selective court, because it will only handle crimes allegedly committed during the war by KLA members and not  crimes committed on a mass scale by Serbia”, he declared.

During this debate, the Self Determination leader has also commented the arrest of the head of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, by considering it as unfair and damaging for the citizens of Kosovo.

For Ymeri, this is one of the numerous cases where citizens of Kosovo have been arrested or sent to Serbia based on these accusations.

Meanwhile, as far as the creation of the Armed Forces of Kosovo is concerned, Ymeri said that the voting must be not incorporated in a package with the Association of Serb Communes.

He added that that this party will not allow for these two to be incorporated into a package. /ibna/
