The Special Prosecution in FYROM has requested for the current minister of Culture, Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska and former minister of Transport and Communication, Mile Janakievski, to be remanded into custody. The two officials are the main suspects in two new cases made public by this prosecution. They are accused of violations and abuse with the state budget. According to the court ruling, both defendants had to appear in court every week, while the Prosecution has demanded for their travel documents to be seized.
Meanwhile, prosecutors are inside the Department of Secret Services (UKB) to seize the documents which relate to surveillances. The Prosecution’s spokeswoman, Lence Ristovska said that they are not being allowed to seize these documents, as the people responsible for the computer system are abroad. /balkaneu.com/
