Special prosecution in FYROM has issued an arrest warrant for a senior official of the Ministry of Interior. The official in question is Goran Grujoski, head of the fifth directorate of the Ministry of Interior, responsible for surveillance.
The Special Prosecution says that authorities are looking for the suspect. Police forces have raided the home of the suspect, but have not found him there.
Spokeswoman of the Special Prosecution, Lence Ristevska said that initially, one judge had refused to issue the raiding order and the arrest warrant.
Since the start of the wiretapping affair, Grujoski was accused by Macedonian opposition as the head of these surveillances, by obeying orders coming from higher instances. /ibna/
