“Speak” Movement has come to the conclusion that all institutions of Kosovo are non-transparent and closed for the public.

According to the findings of “Index of Transparency IV” report on the level of the transparency of the institutions of the central and local level and public enterprises in Kosovo for 2012, the Prime Minister’s Office, Agency Against Corruption and several ministries and other institutions, continue to be classified in the list of closed institutions.

“The Agency Against Corruption, the Ministry of European Integration, the Judicial System of Kosovo, the Ministry of the Return of Communities, the Ministry of Finance, Post and Telecom of Kosovo, the Ministry of Security Forces, the Ombudsman, the Ministry for Economic Development, Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Diaspora, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Labor have been classified as closed institutions due to the low level of points. Although compared to last year they have more points, they still remain closed institutions”, said Mexhide Demolli Nimani, coordinator of the press office at “Speak Movement. /ibna/
