Two shells have been launched last night around 10 pm and hit the government of FYROM’s building, reports Ministry of Interior.
Police authorities report that two detonations were heard and a few hours later, two shells were found in the vicinity. One of them had ended up in the eastern part of the building, while the other on top of the building. These shells didn’t cause any injuries or material damages.
Ministry of Interior has reached the scene and the shells have been taken as evidence.
Meanwhile, minister of Interior, Goradana Jankulovska declared that specialized police teams are examining the type of weapon that launched the shells, the direction, motives and suspects. She didn’t want to comment on the question addressed to her as to whether a government meeting was taking place inside during the time that the shells were launched.
“At this moment, we have the remains of the shells and the examinations will continue. On the other hand, ministry of Interior has increased and will increase security measures in state buildings”, declared Jankulovska. /ibna/
