Whilst the prime ministers of Kosovo and Serbia are in Brussels to talk about the implementation plan of the agreement, the Serbs of the North of Kosovo continue to object to this agreement. Their representatives say that they’re waiting the Serbian Prime Minister Dacic to return from Brussels in order to discuss as to whether accept the agreement or not.
“Our positioning about the agreement is known. The positioning of the government in Belgrade is also known, but the differences that exist between us have not grown. Prime Minister Dacic is in Brussels to talk about the implementation plan of the agreement. Our opinion and interests are known”, said Milan Ivanovic from the National Serb Committee. According to him, the positioning of the Serbs hasn’t changed.
Meanwhile, another representative of the Serbs of the north says that this issue is yet to be discussed with Serb leaders.
“We haven’t yet talked about the agreement with our leaders. With deputy Prime Minister Vulin we have talked about the current situation in the north of Kosovo and the daily problems that the citizens have to face. Thus, the Brussels agreement will be discussed upon Dacic return from Brussels”, said the representative of the Northern Serbs, Radenko Nedeljkovic.
In one of his declarations, the Serb Prime Minister, Ivica Dacic has said that the agreement will be implemented with or without the Serbs of the North. /ibna/
