Serbia to unveil the list of judges who will be employed in Kosovo’s institutions

Pristina, July 1, 2013

Delegation of Kosovo and that of Serbia, which are staying in Brussels, have come to a general agreement about the implementation of the deal.

Meanwhile, on Monday July 8, when Serbia is expected to continue these meetings in order to find a solution about the pending issues, it’s also suspected to present to Kosovo and the EU intermediaries the list of judges who so far have fought Kosovo, by working in parallel courts in the north of the country, to be recruited in the framework of the judicial system in Kosovo.

“Alongside the demand of the Serbs for the integration of judges and police officers, Kosovo will put forward the criteria and possibilities to recruit new personnel”, said the deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Edita Tahiri, who will lead the teams of Kosovo in this process of dialogue. /ibna/
