The Electoral Committee of the Republic of Serbia issued a supplementary decision on Sunday night to determine the constituencies that will operate for the upcoming June 21 elections.
According to the supplementary decision, it was determined that 90 polling stations will operate in Kosovo and another 43 abroad.
In his introductory remarks, committee chairman Vladimir Dimitrijevic noted that municipal and community councils had submitted proposals for polling stations and that the total number of polling stations proposed was 8,253.
According to him, there are 8,224 polling stations in the municipalities and cities in central Serbia, of which 1,196 in Belgrade, while 1,781 are in the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and 29 are in prisons.
The Committee has issued a decision to determine the polling stations for voting in the general election by a majority of 22 in favor and three abstentions./ibna
