Serb prime minister, Ivica Dacic to hold a visit to Kosovo ahead of the second round of the elections

Prime Minister of Serbia, Ivica Dacic has scheduled a visit in Kosovo on Friday.

General Secretary of the Serb government, Velko Odalovic, said on Tuesday that on Friday, November 15, Mr. Dacic will visit the north of Mitrovica.

The Serb prime minister hasn’t scheduled any meetings with senior Albanian officials of Kosovo or a visit to Pristina.

According to the agenda, Mr. Dacic is expected to go to Mitrovica to encourage Serb minority of Kosovo to participate in the November 17 local government elections and to support “Srpska” list and its candidate in these elections.

Serb officials have made frequent visits in the recent days in the north of Mitrovica, whilst during the electoral campaign, they have also visited towns in the south of Kosovo, inhabited by Serbs. /ibna/
