Security Council at the United Nations is holding a meeting today on Kosovo, where the implementation of the agreement reached in Brussels has been demanded. The report of the UN secretary general, Ban ki-Moon has commended the agreement reached between Belgrade and Pristina. Moon said that this agreement has given important authority to the association of Serb communes in the north of Kosovo.
This is not the first time that Ban ki Moon considers this agreement as a historic success.
He has invited both sides to open communication channels and to make maximum efforts for the implementation of the agreement.
Before the start of the meeting of the Security Council, Serb Prime Minister, Ivica Dacic has met with the UN secretary general, from which he demanded for UNMIK, KFOR and EULEX to guarantee the security of Serb population in Kosovo.
Meanwhile, in his report for the last quarter, he also mentioned the enquiries taking place for traffic of organs, by saying that information received by institutional sources are being analyzed. /ibna/
