Authorities in Russia have approved a restriction of the import of meat and its products coming from FYROM. The decision was taken following the appearance of “dermatosis nodular” in the skin of cattle in FYROM. The news was announced by the Veterinary Agency in Skopje.
This measure applies to the import of cattle meat and other animals which have been affected by the skin illness, especially products which haven’t been processed as they should do.
At the same time, authorities in Russia have also temporarily restricted the transport of cattle and other animals suffering from this skin illness through the territory of Russia. Russia also applied such measures against Montenegro. /balkaneu.com/
