A ruling is expected on “Kleçka” case

Pristina, September 17, 2013
Court in Pristina is expected to issue a ruling today on “Kleçka” case, where the main defendant is PDK lawmaker, Fatmir Limaj and nine of his former fellow fighters.
According to Limaj’s defense attorney, Tom Gashi, the ruling is expected to be issued at 2 pm. Gashi is convinced that Limaj and the other fellow defendants will be acquitted once again.
“If justice is made, Fatmir Limaj and the others will be acquitted. Legal experts say that judging by the evidence, the defendants of this case will be acquitted”, said Limaj’s defense attorney, Tom Gashi.
Limaj and nine other of his fellow fighters are facing trial on suspicions of war crimes during the war of Kosovo. /ibna/
