“Romania supports Serbia on its way to the EU”, said Romania’s Prime Minister Viorica Dancila.
On January 1, Romania takes over the presidency of the EU for the first half of 2019, and the enlargement of the EU is expected to be one of the priorities of the Romanian Presidency.
“Romania supports the European course of Serbia. We all need to get involved and support Serbia”, Viorica Dancila noted on the occasion of Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria and Greece Meeting in Belgrade.
A small “revolution” in the energy sector has taken place in Belgrade in December.
The Energy Law Association held its first public event at the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, after its establishment in June 2018, with the participation of top lawyers.
Its purpose is to keep track of the developments of an important player, the European Federation of Energy Law Associations, which brings together expert analysts from across the EU, but it is not found in any EU member state.
“Energy legislation plays an important role in the debate on the new energy package for the EU and will cause changes that will revolutionize the energy market within the EU”, said Vincente Lopez-Ibor Major, President of the European Federation of Energy Law Associations./IBNA
