“We have not received a request for withdrawal by the greek government”, said IMF spokesperson Gerry Rice, during a press briefing, adding that the Fund program is completed in 2016.

According to what Rais said, there has been no request for completion of the program, while the issue will not be discussed in the negotiation that begins on September 30.

The spokesperson announced a new full troika mission in Athens later in autumn. It should be note that yesterday, economic staff representatives explained that the troika will leave, only to return after the October 13 Eurogroup.

The Rice added that the Fund program is designed to last until March 2016, noting that it is at the discretion of the governments to request from the Fund the interruption of such programs if they consider that they are no longer necessary.

He stated that on the negotiation table, starting Tuesday, will be the budget, the “red” loans, and the capital needs of greek banks, taking into account the deferred tax.
