Albania, FYROM, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo are ranked among “partially free” countries. This has been the recent assessment made for these countries of the region by the world known organization, Reporters without Borders, in its latest report on the freedom of press in the world.
The report singles out PM Edi Rama’s case when he attacked journalists last year, calling them “ignorant” and several other names.
According to Reporters without Borders, out of 195 countries assessed for the freedom of media in each of them, 88 of them were considered as free, 59 of them as partially free and 49 were considered not to be free. /ibna/
