“We will continue with our motto, zero problems with the neighbors and we will intensify our efforts to address all problems that we have with Greece”.
This was declared today by the head of the Albanian government, Edi Rama, during an address delivered today in the Albanian parliament, while presenting the new government program, in regards to the relations that his cabinet will have with neighboring Greece.
According to Rama: “We want mutual friendship, mutual respect and strategic cooperation!”
“To us, each Greek that lives in Albania is an equal member of our family and the Greek minority is a precious bridge that connects our two countries. And the government will continue to do more for these bridges”, the Albanian PM said among others.
Meanwhile, he also said that “in spite of the problems and the needs that it has, Albania will never close its eyes and will never be quiet when it comes to defending the truth and our rights”. /balkaneu.com/
