Protests against minister Jablanovic in several locations in Kosovo

Protests have been held today against the declaration of the minister for Returns and Communities, Aleksandar Jablanovic, in several places in Kosovo.

Activists of Self Determination have protested Fushe Kosovo. So far, after clashes between police and protesters, authorities have arrested a number of activists. Many activists were injured as a result of the use of force and tear gas by police.

Protests against Jablanovic are also being held in Pec. Thousands of citizens supported by NGOs have demanded the resignation of minister Jablanovic, following his declaration.

These protests are taking place following the insult that the minister for Returns and Communities in the government of Kosovo, Aleksandar Jablanovic addressed to mothers from Djakovica, calling them beasts.

Meanwhile, PM Isa Mustafa has criticized the declaration issued by the Serb minister, but he said that the public explanation of the minister should be taken in consideration. /ibna/
