Prosecution of Tirana has closed the inquiries in relation to the death of the democrat MP, Sokol Olldashi.
The prosecution has concluded that no signs of alcohol were found in the victim’s blood and that the victim had numerous lesions caused by sharp instruments.
Speed is thought to have been the cause of the accident along with failure to use the safety belt.
The material evidence was returned to the relatives of the victims.
“Analyzing the evidence administered in this material, it results that the event which led to the death of Sokol Olldashi, has taken place as a result of a car accident”, says the declaration issued by the prosecution. /ibna/
