Frequent denouncements on the media and social networks three days after the start of the academic year, that school texts have problems, have led to the reaction of the minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla.
In her speech, she admitted the problems in school texts by saying, “What you are saying and what parents denounce in social networks are true. Last year, we removed from circulation 120 school texts. This is one reason more to push forward the reform that we have undertaken in education. Albanian children are dear to us. There will certainly be reviews and removal from circulation. We will not allow deformations in their education”, said Nikolla.
The problems that have been denounced relate to words or situations described in text books which are not suitable for children and which are not allowed to be used in school texts. /ibna/
