The private car of a LDK lawmaker in Kosovo is set on fire

The private car of the head of the Parliamentary Group of Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Ismet Beqiri was set on fire in the early hours of Monday.

Kosovo police have confirmed the case, but they didn’t issue any more details.

The burning of the car was also confirmed by Ismet Beqiri, who said that these acts must stop and that the perpetrators must be brought to justice.

“They must be caught and be brought before justice, because they threaten the interests of the country, the citizens, public institutions and private properties”, Beqiri said.

The car of the wife of the minister of Agriculture, Memli Krasniqi and the car of the wife of the deputy minister of Local Government, Bajram Gecaj were burned a few weeks ago.

So far, authorities have not been able to discover the perpetrators. /ibna/
