President of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci has convened the first session of the new Parliament which was elected in the 11 June elections and this session will be held on 3 August at 10 am.
Earlier during the day, President Thaci met with representatives of several political parties which have obtained seats in Parliament.
President Thaci held meetings with representatives of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Alliance for the Future of Kosovo and Incentive for Kosovo, known as PAN.
During this meeting, the representative of this coalition, Enver Hoxhaj said that the formation of the government is an urgent necessity as the country needs reforms.
“We believe that we have the necessary numbers to constitute Parliament and form the government”, Hoxhaj said.
Meanwhile, Self Determination and Democratic League of Kosovo coalition have rejected this invitation for participation in the meeting with President Thaci and the same thing was also done by the Serb List. /balkaneu.com/
