The President of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga, who is in Slovakia in the Summit of the 18 countries of Central Europe, declared during her speech that important issues for the future of the region can move forward with through involvement and collaboration.
“Our future is in the EU and the Republic of Kosovo is committed to this vision. We will continue to be a factor of peace and stability and promoters of good neighborly relations. I would like to thank the hosts and the participating countries for the assistance given to the countries that aspire to become EU countries”, said Jahjaga.
Stressing the need of cooperation between the countries, Jahjaga said that cooperation between the countries is key to development.
“We are small countries with a great will to become part of the European Union and we will intensify our activity to improve its security and stability”, said Jahjaga amongst others. /ibna/
