Pristina, May 1, 2013-The President of the Republic, Atifete Jahjaga hopes that NATO forces will offer their assistance in the process of the implementation of the agreement reached in Brussels.
“Kosovo is committed for the implementation of the agreement. It’s important for the Republic of Serbia to implement the reached agreement, because it cannot move forward toward the normalization of relations and in the path of European integration”, states the official press release of the Presidency after the meeting of the head of the state with admiral James Stavridis.
Meanwhile, the admiral spoke about the importance of KFOR troops in Kosovo, especially during this period, when the implementation of the agreement is expected.
“NATO presence in Kosovo continues to be important to offer a quiet and safe environment for all the citizens of Kosovo, especially in this period when the agreement in Brussels has been reached”, said the admiral after the meeting. /ibna/
