President of Kosovo demands Pakistan to  help in the process of recognitions

President of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga has demanded today the help of Pakistan for the process of the recognition of the country, especially by the member countries of the Islamic Conference Organization.

During her meeting in Ankara, Turkey with the president of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain, the two personalities said that they must boost cooperation in all fields, especially in the domain of economy.

Speaking on the process of the international consolidation of Kosovo, president Jahjaga said that besides the accession in all regional incentives and EU and NATO, Kosovo is also aiming to complete its accession in the UNO and for this, it needs the help of countries that support Kosovo.

President of Kosovo said that Kosovo is playing an important role as a factor of peace and stability in the West Balkan region and as a promoter of good neighborly relations.

She said that Kosovo is building itself as a democratic state and that it offers great potentials for investments abroad, including a good legal infrastructure that helps business environment.

Meanwhile, the president of Pakistan, Mamnoon Hussain, said that his country values the relations with Kosovo and is seeking to further intensify these relations.

He promised that the help of Pakistan for Kosovo will continue in the process of international consolidation of Kosovo, namely its accession in important international organizations, including the Islamic Conference Organization. /ibna/
