Prime Minister of Kosovo, Hashim Thaci has not clarified if officials from the Serb government will be allowed to come to Kosovo to hold electoral campaigns.
Unwilling to make concrete declarations for this, he said that the cold war has ended a long time ago and that there must be good neighborly relations. He called upon Serb leaders to encourage their citizens in Kosovo to participate in the elections.
“Cold war has long gone and we must have a good communications. Serbs of Kosovo must be encouraged to vote”, said Thaci.
According to Thaci, next meeting with the Prime Minister of Serbia and Baroness Ashton will focus on the holding of elections in Kosovo. /ibna/
