Shkoder, May 27, 2013

Prime Minister Sali Berisha was in Shkoder today where he participated in the inauguration of Vukatane road. “Our promise is to offer to every village the modern infrastructure of the cities, in order for the inhabitants of villages to have the same roads as those in urban areas, in order for their children to be educated in modern schools. We are determined to do everything for Albanian farmers to earn more through their farms”, said Berisha.

Talking about infrastructure, Berisha said that, “today we promise that we will build every kilometer of road in all four corners of the country. We have funded 42 thousand projects for Albanian farmers. In a short period of time, we have reconstructed over 1 thousand schools. The project continues. We do not abandon this project which is improving the lives of people”.

“We decided to refund in cash the entire excise on diesel, to refund VAT an all agricultural inputs, fertilizers, machineries and any other machinery that you use for production”, said Premier Berisha.

PM Berisha asked to inhabitants of this area to vote the Democratic Party, because according to him “the years to come are the years in which you will see a developed Vukatane, a developed Shkoder and a developed Albania. They will be the years which will see further increases in wages and pensions, the years when the country will become an EU associate member and open the negotiations for accession”, declared the Prime Minister.

Berisha also launched accusations against the opposition. “The other side offers only lies and accusations. They don’t offer development”, said Berisha during the meeting with inhabitants of Vukatane in Shkoder, where he participated in the inauguration of the road that connects this village to the national road segment. /ibna/
