The consecutive failures to constitute Parliament and government have forced Self Determination and Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) to address to the Constitutional Court.
The clarification of the legal bases and taking concrete steps in order to establish the institutions of the country, are the objectives of the two political parties which, together, have 61 seats in Parliament.
LDK’s MP, Avdullah Hoti has warned that a meeting will soon be called with the parliamentary group, minorities, Self Determination and civil society to draft the questions that will be sent to the Constitutional Court.
Self Determination MP, Driton Çaushi said that Hoti’s request for a meeting will be envisaged. As far as the participation in the constitutive meeting with PAN coalition is concerned, Çaushi said that Self Determination will not participate.
Meanwhile, the interim speaker of the Parliament of Kosovo, Adem Mikullovci, has called the representatives of political parties in a consultative meeting to discuss the possibilities of overcoming the political crisis. /balkaneu.com/
