President of Kosovo, Atifete Jahjaga has held meetings today with representatives of the main political parties in Kosovo, to discuss the solution of the political crisis.
Opposition in Kosovo has demanded from the president to abrogate the agreement on the Association of Serb Communes and border demarcation with Montenegro.
Another request was the one that relates to the release of opposition activists and MPs who were arrested last month.
The leader of Self Determination Party, Visar Ymeri said that if these agreements are not abrogated, then these issues must be voted in a referendum.
After the opposition leaders, the president of the country, Atifete Jahjaga has received PM Isa Mustafa.
Both interlocutors said that the political crisis must be solved through dialogue, in compliance with the laws in power and Constitution of Kosovo.
The head of the government didn’t say if the stances of majority and opposition have come closer, but said that he welcomes the president’s incentive for the solution of the political crisis. /ibna/
