EU Rule of Law Mission in Pristina and Police of Kosovo have carried out today an operation which aims at fighting organized crime.
In this operation, authorities have raided 40 different locations, while taking several suspects under custody, IBNA reports.
EULEX spokesperson, Besa Domi has confirmed the operation, but has issued no other details.
Meanwhile, Kosovo police officials said that police are only backing the EULEX mission.
IBNA learns that a warrant was also issued for the PDK MP, Azem Syla, who was not home at the moment when the raid took place.
Syla is suspected of belonging to a criminal group which has alienated properties around Vterniku and Caglavica. /balkaneu.com/
