Kosovo’s PM, Isa Mustafa has announced the dismissal of the Minister for Returns and Communities, Aleksandar Jablanovic.
During a press conference delivered today, Mustafa said that based on the demands of protesters for his dismissal, he has decided to remove him from the ministerial post.
“We have faced the demands of protesters as far as Trepca and Jablanovic are concerned. As of today, minister Jablanovic will no longer be part of the cabinet, while as far as Trepce is concerned, if it had remained like it was, today it would have gone bust and its organization will be made once a strategy is drafted for it”, declared Mustafa.
The decision taken by the new PM followed strong pressure from opposition parties, which have called a massive protest tomorrow against the Serb minister and in defence of the Trepca mine.
IBNA news agency learns that representatives of the international community in Pristina have also helped for the dismissal of Jablanovic. /ibna/
