PM Nikola Gruevski declared today that the citizens of this country decide who governs the country and not the leader of the opposition party SDSM (Macedonian Social Democratic Union), Zoran Zaev.
He declared this when he was asked by journalists as to how he comments the request of the opposition about the resignation of the government that he chairs and the appointment of an interim government. “His main request was the appointment of an interim government, and the resignation of the current government and my resignation. But, the citizens decide who governs the country”, said Gruevski. Gruevski didn’t comment the other accusations of the opposition regarding the wiretapping.
Meanwhile, the Macedonian opposition published fresh materials today relating to the wiretapping affair, revealing details about the election fraud in the Center Borough in Skopje.
In one conversation PM Nikola Gruevski and the head of secret services, Saso Mijalkov are heard talking about preparations of electoral fraud in this commune in order to win the local government elections of 2013. But, in spite of the fraud, this commune was won by the Macedonian opposition. /ibna/
